FKB’s Andrew Jones, Corey Cohen and Nicole Palermo authored an article that was published in the May 21, 2021 special edition of the New York Law Journal, entitled “The 30-Day Rule for Insurer Coverage Disclaimers Still Stands.”  The article details the timing challenges that insurers face and provides practical tips on how to solve common problems such as determining when to start measuring relevant timeframes.  The article is available here
