FKB’s Andrew Jones, Rachel Aghassi, and Spencer Richards delivered a CLE webcast entitled “Understanding Your Ethical Obligations: Tips to Prevent Lawyers Professional Liability (LPL) And Cyber Liability Claims” for the Federal Bar Association and  myLawCLE. The CLE provides participants with tips to preventing LPL claims including proper conflict checks and managing client’s expectations.
