FKB’s Florence N. Lishansky hosted two 1-hour Lunchtime Lectures focusing on Top Techniques for Effective Risk Management for professional fiduciaries. Topics discussed included: suggested methods for avoiding claims, disputes, and lawsuits; risk management tools for everyday practice; understanding the professional fiduciary liability insurance policy; and what to expect and how to proceed in the event of a professional fiduciary claim.
