FKB’s Neil Kornfeld presented a CLE lecture on “How to Deliver Effective Opening and Closing Statements” at the 2014 Summer Meeting of the Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association on July 28, 2014 at the MacArthur Place Inn and Spa in Sonoma, California. The attendees at the Trial Lawyers Section Summer Meeting included various prominent New York trial lawyers and jurists.

FKB’s Mike Furman, who is the 2014 Chair of the Trial Lawyers Section, delivered the opening remarks at the Summer Meeting. The Trial Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association has over 2,000 members throughout New York State.
