Aaron M. Barham
Aaron M. Barham is an associate attorney focusing in professional liability and legal malpractice defense. Mr. Barham has successfully represented lawyers and other professionals in cases arising from underlying practice areas such as medical malpractice, commercial litigation, employment law, intellectual property, foreclosure actions, real estate, matrimonial matters, personal injury, construction litigation, and probate law. Mr. Barham also represents attorneys in grievance matters.
Prior to joining FKB, Mr. Barham was a litigation associate with a New York City-based defense firm, where he defended hospitals, physicians and other healthcare professionals in complex, high-exposure medical malpractice cases.
Mr. Barham graduated from the University of Virginia in 2007 and St. John’s University School of Law in 2012. While at St. John’s, he competed with the Moot Court Honors Society and served as the Symposium Editor for the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. He also interned with the NYS Attorney General’s Office and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Aaron is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
