Daniel Butler is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on General Liability, Professional Liability and Construction Liability Litigation.
Mr. Butler graduated from the University of Michigan in 2011. In 2014, Mr. Butler earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Journal for International Law and Commerce and worked at the Burton Blatt Institute for 2 years.
Prior to joining Furman Kornfeld & Brennan, Mr. Butler worked in the asset forfeiture department for the United States Attorney’s Office in Syracuse, New York, and later worked for a law firm in Queens, New York, focusing on negligence defense and premise liability actions.
Mr. Butler is admitted to practice in New York State.
