Emma Schwab

Emma Schwab focuses her practice on lawyers professional liability, general liability litigation, construction and labor law litigation, and other miscellaneous professional liability. Emma received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2022. Prior to receiving her J.D., Emma obtained a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from SUNY Geneseo in 2018.

While at Cardozo, Emma served as Senior Notes Editor on Cardozo Law Review. Additionally, Emma’s work experience includes internships and clinical programs with BSE Global, the Girl Scouts of the USA, and Community Service Society of New York.
