FKB’s Andrew Jones and Ashley Glazewski will be presenters at the National Guardianship Association (NGA) conference on October 21, 2018 in Palm Springs, CA.  Andrew and Ashley will speak about risk management and insurance coverage for Professional Fiduciaries.  The upcoming session entitled “Are you Covered? Risk Management and Insurance for Professional Fiduciaries” is designed to help Professional Guardians: (1) avoid disputes; (2) ensure they are covered by insurance if a dispute is unavoidable; and (3) navigate the claim handling/professional liability insurance process. The presentation will also discuss common claim scenarios, understand­ing insurance terms, knowing what to do in the event of a claim, and how to avoid claims and disputes through risk management techniques.
