We are pleased to announce that Hillary C. Agins and David B. Steinbruck have been elevated to Partner effective January 1, 2024.

Hillary has been a key member of the Med Mal team since she joined FKB as Of Counsel in 2021. Hillary’s experience and dedication to FKB’s healthcare clients has been invaluable, and has helped grow FKB’s Med Mal capabilities.

David has been an integral part of FKB’s Construction Liability team since he joined FKB in 2019. David’s experience with the intricacies of NY’s Labor Law and his “team first” attitude has helped foster FKB’s reputation in the construction liability defense community.
