Christopher D. Skoczen focuses his practice on the defense of legal malpractice, accounting malpractice and construction liability matters.  Mr. Skoczen earned his B.A. from New York University, where he studied politics and French, and earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.  While at Fordham, Mr. Skoczen served as Symposium Editor for the Fordham Environmental Law Journal.

Mr. Skoczen is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Connecticut and before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.  Before joining FKB, Mr. Skoczen was a litigation associate defending professional liability matters, and represented a large real estate entity in general liability and insurance coverage matters.  Mr. Skoczen also served several years as a consultant for French business entities on American law.

Mr. Skoczen is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
