David Pan

David Pan is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on medical malpractice defense.

David graduated magna cum laude from Brown University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Policy and American Institutions. He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2012. While at Fordham, David won Best Brief and was a Semifinalist in the Thomas Tang Moot Court competition.

Prior to joining Furman Kornfeld & Brennan, David was an Assistant District Attorney for Kings County in New York. He was also an attorney with the New York City Law Department in their Juvenile Delinquency and Tort Divisions. David practiced at a national law firm where he handled general liability, nursing negligence, and medical malpractice cases. Most recently, David was an associate at a well-known regional construction law firm.
