Joshua Lahijani

Joshua Lahijani is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on professional malpractice, construction liability, and general liability defense.

Prior to joining Furman Kornfeld & Brennan, Mr. Lahijani advised the U.S. Attorney’s Office (E.D.N.Y.), Asset Recovery and Forfeiture Section, in international and domestic cases involving complex assets.

Mr. Lahijani received his J.D. from the St. John’s University School of Law in 2019 where he was Senior Staff of the New York International Law Review and interned for Thomson Reuters. Prior to receiving his J.D., Mr. Lahijani obtained a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from University of Delaware.

Mr. Lahijani is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
