Sarah Cohen is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on lawyers’ professional liability and general liability litigation.
Sarah graduated from Wellesley College with a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy. She later earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2023.
During law school, Sarah was an ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition (NAAC) semifinalist and recognized for achievements in the Civil Rights/Civil Liberties Moot Court where she conducted oral arguments before the Minnesota Court of Appeals. In law school, Sarah worked with the in-house legal departments of several Fortune 500 companies, serving as a corporate legal intern at UnitedHealthcare and a law clerk at Best Buy. Sarah also advised clients as a certified student attorney in the University of Minnesota’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic and was a judicial extern for a federal judge at the U.S. District Court of Minnesota.
Prior to joining Furman Kornfeld & Brennan LLP, Sarah served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Carlo Abad in the New Jersey Superior Court – Hudson Vicinage.
Sarah is admitted to practice law in New York and is pending admission in New Jersey.
